Ex-Core Premiums
At least three premium German carmakers have been involved in research projects with EX-CORE®, and they have each approached it in different ways.
One wanted Ex-Core to deliver fully finished carbon-fibre components, another preferred to create Ex-Core components on site in Germany using its own experts to, while a third explored a strategic research partnership.

German First Case
The company used Ex-Core to slash the costs of carbon-fibre rear wing production with no reduction in the quality of the finished product, which it achieved.
One of the key benefits this company identified was the slashing of the autoclave curing time and temperature from eight hours and 150 degrees to just three hours and 120 degrees with Ex-Core.
That translated to more parts per shift, lower labour costs and less money spent on energy costs. This also translated to lower baked-in CO2 emissions in the final production part.
